Video shows toddlers tied up with their hands & feet at daycare centre in Indonesia, 13 held

Police have arrested 13 people from a daycare centre in Indonesia after a video showed the toddlers with their hands and feet tied up, with no clothes and only wearing diapers. Police identified 53 children as victims of abuse at the centre, most of them around two years old. Around 20 kids were also found crammed into a 9-square-metre room.
