Video shows two-armed robot displaying human-like baseball skills

A video showed a two-armed robot called AthenaZero performing agile, humanlike movements including throwing baseballs, catching them and hitting them with a bat. Researchers at the Robotics and AI Institute (RAI) developed the system to study dynamic robot manipulation. It could help researchers understand how machines can handle objects in dynamic environments.
