Video shows US man VanDyke after being released from Tihar Jail

Visuals of US national Matthew Aaron Vandyke have surfaced online after he was released from Tihar Jail following a special NIA court's permission for him and six Ukrainian nationals to travel to their home countries for a month. They were arrested in March for allegedly training armed ethnic groups in Myanmar in drone warfare against India.
