Video visitation service exposes calls of inmates, attorneys in US: Report

A prison video visitation service HomeWAV reportedly exposed thousands of phone calls between inmates and their attorneys after one of its databases was left unprotected, TechCrunch reported. The calls were supposed to be protected by attorney-client privilege. Chief Executive of HomeWAV John Best confirmed a third-party vendor had "accidentally" taken down the password, allowing access to server.
