Video: Would Jack have survived if Rose shared the door?

As part of the science television show 'MythBusters' the members tried to imitate a scene from 'Titanic' in order to conclude whether Jack could have survived if Rose had shared the door with him. They discovered that if the board had been provided extra buoyancy by tying a life jacket underneath, it would have balanced the collective weight.
