Videos of B'luru ragpicker speaking in fluent English go viral on social media

A woman identified as Cecilia Margaret Lawrence, who works as a ragpicker in Bengaluru, has gone viral on social media for her English speaking skills and soothing voice. An Instagram user, Shachina Heggar, uploaded two videos featuring Lawrence introducing herself and singing a small jingle in English. Lawrence also claimed she has lived in Japan for seven years.
