Vidhu Vinod Chopra paid Khamosh cast 10 years later

Actress Soni Razdan revealed that director Vidhu Vinod Chopra did not pay the cast of 1986 film Khamosh upfront, promising payment once the film made money. True to his word, Chopra sent cheques to all cast members nearly 10 years later after the film sold its TV rights and became a cult hit on cable television.
