Vietnam restricts unstoppable Youtube ads to 5 seconds

Vietnam has recently rolled out a new law that forces YouTube and other digital platforms to enable users to skip video advertisements after a maximum of 5 seconds. Static and pop-up ads must also be dismissible without forced waiting. Platforms and advertisers must remove violations within 24 hours when requested by authorities. The regulations aim to curb intrusive ad practices.
