Vijay's party TVK's supporter sets himself on fire amid suspense over Tamil Nadu govt formation

A 40-year-old worker of actor Vijay's TVK party attempted self-immolation in Tamil Nadu's Tirunelveli on Saturday and suffered severe burn injuries. He was reportedly upset over the delay in Vijay being sworn in as the state's Chief Minister. This came after TVK struggled to get allies to reach the majority mark of 118 seats for forming the government.
