Vijay's TVK may need extra ₹42,000 cr to fund poll promises in Tamil Nadu: Report

Actor Vijay's party, TVK, which won the most number of seats in the Tamil Nadu state Assembly elections, may need an extra ₹42,000 cr to fund the party's poll promises in Tamil Nadu if it forms the government. An additional ₹21,617 crore will be needed for giving ₹2,500/month to women and ₹4,248 crore for 200 units of free electricity.
