Vijay vows memorial for stampede victims, says 'Karur will never leave my heart'

Tamil Nadu CM Vijay, during his first visit to Karur as CM, called the Karur stampede an "unforgettable" tragedy. He stated that "Karur will never leave my heart" and announced that TVK will build a memorial in the district to honour 41 people who lost their lives in the stampede. Notably, stampede took place last year during a TVK rally.
