Vijayanagar farmers lose corn crop to wild boar attack

Farmers in Karnataka's Vijayanagar are facing losses after wild boars reportedly destroyed more than half an acre of corn cultivated in Nimbalageri village. The crop was grown using borewell water despite drought conditions. Villagers have urged the Forest Department to inspect the affected area, take action against the wild boars and provide relief to the affected farmer.
