Vikram Bhatt sent to 7 days' police custody in ₹30 cr fraud case

An Udaipur court on Tuesday sent Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt and his wife Shwetambari Bhatt to seven days' police custody in connection with a ₹30-crore fraud case. Bhatt, his wife, and six others are accused of defrauding Udaipur-based Dr Ajay Murdia, founder of Indira Group of Companies. Vikram and his wife were arrested in Mumbai on December 7.
