Vimal Elaichi makers move Delhi HC against FDA notices to SRK, Ajay, Tiger

Vimal Elaichi makers approached Delhi HC seeking to quash show-cause notices against Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn, Tiger Shroff by Maharashtra FDA. PB Agro said it hires actors to promote cardamom product under Vimal brand and claimed it complies with law. It called surrogate advertising claims baseless since Vimal pan masala hasn't been manufactured or sold in Maharashtra since 2001.
