Vin Diesel's stunt double falls 30 ft on his head while filming stunt

Hollywood actor Vin Diesel's 'Fast & Furious 9' stunt double Joe Watts fell at least 30 feet on his head while performing a stunt. It is feared that a safety cable snapped as Joe leapt off a balcony and he suffered serious head injuries. Joe's fiancée wrote, "He's in an induced coma. He is stable and is being monitored closely."
