Vinod Kambli has higher Test average than Sachin Tendulkar

Former Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli has a higher average in Test matches than his childhood friend Sachin Tendulkar. Kambli made 1,084 runs in 17 Tests matches, at an average of 54.20 while Tendulkar has an average of 53.78 in the 200 Tests he played. Sachin Tendulkar made his international debut against Pakistan 27 years ago on November 15, 1989.
