Violence erupts in West Bengal, train services disrupted

Violence broke out in West Bengal's Kankinara on Monday following which the locals disrupted train services in the Barrackpore-Naihati division of Eastern Railway (ER), an official said. The services were affected for about two hours and 16 local trains were delayed, the official added. Miscreants hurled bombs, prompting the administration to deploy the RAF to control the situation, he said.
