Vipul Amrutlal Shah-backed firm debuts on market with 10% premium

Shares of Sunshine Pictures, a production company owned by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, made a decent stock market debut on Tuesday. The stock opened at ₹395.90 apiece on NSE which is a 9.97% premium from the IPO price of ₹360. On BSE, it began trading at ₹394. The ₹282-crore IPO received bids for 58,04,90,382 shares against 54,86,051 shares on offer.
