OpenAI, the research company behind viral AI chatbot ChatGPT, expects $200 million in revenue next year and $1 billion by 2024, Reuters reported. The company, backed by $1 billion in funding from Microsoft, was reportedly valued at $20 billion in a secondary share sale recently. However, the report added that some large VC firms passed on backing OpenAI this year.
