Social media posts claiming that 23-year-old Jordan's Princess Salma bint Abdullah shot down Iranian drones are fake. The false posts used her photo from December last year, when she joined Jordan's forces to airdrop aid into Gaza for Palestinians. Notably, Princess Salma in 2020 became Jordan's first woman to pass theoretical and practical pilot training with the Jordanian Armed Forces.
