Viral video reveals Manila families living in cramped highway tunnels

A viral video from Manila, Philippines, has highlighted the harsh living conditions of around 100 families living in a cramped tunnel beneath a highway. Their living spaces are under 1.5 metres high and less than a metre wide, with electricity coming from a tapped live wire. Following the video's spread online, a Manila official said the families would be relocated.
