A viral video has shown an axe-wielding man chasing people at a McDonald's in New York and damaging the restaurant after getting into a fight with a group of men. The 31-year-old, identified as Michael Palacios, was arrested after the video showed him breaking glass panels and threatening some customers. The incident took place in Lower East Side on Friday.
