Iranian police have arrested the head of a real estate agency after a viral video showed his firm selling an apartment to a dog. An Iranian couple with no heirs signed a contract transferring their apartment to their dog named "Chester". A viral video showed the dog placing its paws on an ink pad and stamping on the contract.
