Virat Kohli becomes 1st cricketer to score 9,000 runs in IPL history

Former RCB captain Virat Kohli has become the first cricketer to score 9,000 runs in IPL history. Kohli reached the 9,000-run mark during RCB's IPL 2026 match against DC at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. He has taken 275 matches to reach the milestone. Rohit Sharma, who is the second-highest run-scorer in IPL, has aggregated 7,183 runs in 276 matches.
