Virat Kohli creates history, becomes first cricketer to score 13,000 ODI runs at number 3

Ex-India captain Virat Kohli has become the first cricketer to score 13,000 runs batting at number three in ODIs, achieving the feat during the first ODI against New Zealand on Wednesday. Kohli reached the landmark in his 251st innings at number three. Kohli is followed by ex-Australia captain Ricky Ponting, who scored 12,662 runs in 330 innings at number three.
