Visa regulations that cut short Fergus O'Neill's County season

Victorian pacer Fergus O'Neill has returned to Australia after completing his 28-day County Championship stint with Nottinghamshire, due to visa limitations by the UK immigration policy for foreign players. O'Neill doesn't hold international caps and isn't a centrally contracted player either. Neither had he played the required 20 domestic T20s in a full-member country in the last three years.
