Visuals showing a fire tornado moving through Los Angeles as wildfires continue across the city causing widespread devastation have surfaced online. A fire tornado, also known as a 'firenado', is a rare phenomenon which occurs when a whirl of wind creates a spinning column of smoke and fire. The death toll due to the wildfires rose to 16 on Saturday.
