Vivo to sell Greater Noida factory to Micromax's Bhagwati: Report

Chinese smartphone brand Vivo is close to selling one of its two factories at Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh to Micromax-parent Bhagwati, Times of India reported. This comes as the firm faces regulatory pressures from the government over its Chinese origins and alleged money laundering. Bhagwati will contract-manufacture smartphones for Vivo in the factory, the report added.
