VivoPower buys green-powered data center in Norway

VivoPower shares rose after the company agreed to buy a 40MW+ data center in Norway powered entirely by hydroelectric energy. The deal, valued at about $40 million, is expected to add roughly $10 million in EBITDA and could return the group to profitability. Closing is slated for January 2026.
