Vocalist Dr Prabha Atre gets Padma Vibhushan from President Kovind
Veteran Indian classical vocalist Dr Prabha Atre was conferred the Padma Vibhushan, India's second-highest civilian honour, for her contribution to art by President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Monday. Atre is among the senior vocalists who represents the Kirana Gharana. She has also received Padma Shri in 1990 and Padma Bhushan in 2002.
