Vodafone Idea shares fall 10% after SC rejects AGR dues modification plea

The shares of Vodafone Idea fell around 10% after Supreme Court on Friday rejected the petition filed by telecom companies, including Bharti Airtel, requesting direction to correct errors in Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) calculation. According to Department of Telecommunications, Airtel and Vodafone Idea are liable to pay over ₹1.02 lakh crore, of which they are yet to pay ₹76,315 crore.
