Volunteers rescue dogs stranded amid floods in Paraguay

Rescue teams and volunteers are working to rescue dogs stranded amid flooding in Paraguay's Ayolas. The teams are using small boats to save the dogs and bring them to shelters for care. The flooding follows the rise of the Parana River, which has forced thousands of people to evacuate their homes in southern Paraguay.
