Volvo to limit top speed of all cars to 180 kmph from 2020

Swedish automaker Volvo Cars has announced limiting the top speed of all its cars to 180 kmph from 2020. This comes under Volvo's aim for no casualties or serious injuries in a new Volvo car by 2020. It is also investigating how smart speed control and geofencing technology could automatically limit car speeds around schools and hospitals in the future.
