Vote against Anant's appointment to Reliance board: Advisory firm IiAS to investors

Proxy advisory firm IiAS recommended voting against the appointment of Mukesh Ambani's youngest son Anant to the board of Reliance Industries. "At 28 years of age, Anant's appointment as a non-executive, non-independent director does not align with our voting guidelines," IiAS told shareholders. Meanwhile, IiAS recommended voting for the appointment of Isha and Akash Ambani to Reliance's board.
