Voters in Uttar Pradesh village boycott elections over local issue

Residents of the Bakshpur village in Uttar Pradesh's Pilibhit district boycotted the ongoing Lok Sabha elections over a local issue. PTI shared a video showing police and administrative officials persuading residents not to boycott the polling process. In the video, a local can be heard complaining about a road's closure and saying that's the reason votes are not being casted.
