Voting begins for single phase Assembly elections in Haryana

Voting across 90 Assembly constituencies in Haryana began at 7 am on Saturday. The BJP, Congress, JJP, AAP and INLD are the main parties which are contesting this election. A total of 1,031 candidates, including 464 independents, are contesting the elections. Prominent candidates include CM Nayab Singh Saini, state minister Anil Vij, ex-wrestler Vinesh Phogat, and ex-CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda.
