Vrindavan's Banke Bihari Temple shut within 2 days amid COVID-19 fears

Vrindavan's Shri Banke Bihari Temple has been shut "indefinitely" within 2 days following its reopening on Saturday after a seven-month closure. "It will reopen...after proper coordination with the district administration and police to ensure the security of devotees during this pandemic," temple administration said. Reportedly, over 25,000 devotees turned up to offer prayers at the temple.
