Vucic concedes defeat as student movement wins Serbia vote

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic conceded defeat after early projections showed the student-led opposition winning 52% of the vote and ~138 of 250 parliament seats. The result ends his 12-year grip on power following two years of protests over corruption. Voter turnout hit 67.6%, the highest since Yugoslavia's breakup in 1992.
