Vulgarity on internet gives testosterone boost to men causing rapes: SP leader Hasan

SP leader ST Hasan blamed vulgarity on the internet for rising rapes. "The vulgarity on internet gives a testosterone boost to young men, which makes them unable to control their sexual desires...When a woman or a girl comes around...she is raped," he added. In 2014, late SP supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav had commented, "boys make mistakes" while speaking about rapes.
