VVS Laxman to be India's acting head coach for Zimbabwe ODI series

Former cricketer VVS Laxman will be the acting head coach of the Indian team for the next week's ODI series in Zimbabwe. "Yes, Laxman will be in charge...It's not like Rahul Dravid is taking a break," BCCI Secretary Jay Shah said. He added, "[But Dravid is absent because] there is little gap between the Asia Cup and Zimbabwe series."
