Wages of Indian workers remained almost same in last 10 years

As per Bahutva Karnataka report, Employment, Wages, and Inequality, unveiled at Bengaluru's Press Club, the wages of majority workers remained same in last 10 years: Despite claims of job creation, formal employment stagnated, exacerbating wage disparities. While GDP per capita surged by 60%, nearly 35% of households still earned below the proposed minimum wage.
