Walgreens using robots to fill prescriptions to free up pharmacists

Walgreens has started using robots to fill prescriptions in order to free up pharmacists and is setting up a network of automated, centralized drug-filling centers. It says the setup cuts pharmacists' workload by at least 25%. The firm aims to operate around two dozen automated drug-filling centers by 2025.
