Walmart sells entire $3.6 billion stake in China's JD.com
Walmart has sold its entire stake in Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com for around $3.6 billion, media reports said. The US retailer acquired a 5% stake in JD.com for roughly $1.5 billion in 2016. Walmart said the move would allow the company to focus on its operations for Walmart China and its warehouse business Sam's Club.
