Want to be part of US-Ukraine minerals deal talks: France

France said it wants to participate in the US-Ukraine discussions to develop the latter's mineral resources. "Our defence industry will need a certain number of very key raw materials...for the next 30 or 40 years," French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu stated. US and Ukraine have reportedly agreed on terms of a minerals deal that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy initially rejected.
