India batter Shreyas Iyer said he wants to bowl but has been asked not to by strength and conditioning coaches. "That's the sad part of it," he stated. Iyer made his return to international cricket in Asia Cup 2023 after recovering from injury. He scored 530 runs in 11 matches of the recently concluded World Cup 2023.
