Want to live for many yrs: Man with 'upside down' head who wasn't expected to survive

A Brazilian man who was born with his head "upside-down" and wasn't expected to live for 24 hours is now 44. Claudio Vieira de Oliveira suffers from arthrogryposis multiplex congenita. He has atrophy in leg muscles and his arms are stuck to his chest. "I've never had [difficulties], my life is normal...I want to live for many years," he stated.
