War-torn Lebanon forms its first government in over 2 years

Lebanon formed its first full-fledged government since 2022 with PM Nawaf Salam vowing to implement financial reforms and oversee post-war reconstruction, reports stated. Salam’s cabinet of 24 ministers, split evenly between Christian and Muslim sects, was formed within a month of him being appointed. Earlier, US drew a "red line", stating that Hezbollah shouldn't be member of Lebanese government.
