Warburg Pincus-backed Fusion Microfinance to raise ₹1,900-cr via IPO

Fusion Microfinance has filed draft papers with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise ₹1,900 crore via initial public offering (IPO) that includes a fresh issue worth ₹600 crore and an offer for sale component. The financial services firm that operates in rural and semi-rural markets is backed by private equity firms Creation Investments and Warburg Pincus.
