Warburg to invest ₹960 cr in Lemon Tree Hotels arm, take 41% stake

Lemon Tree Hotels announced that Warburg Pincus will acquire a 41.09 % stake of APG Strategic Real Estate Pool NV in its subsidiary Fleur Hotels. Additionally, the private equity firm will invest ₹960 crore in Fleur. Under a strategic reorganisation scheme, the hotel assets owned by Lemon Tree will be transferred to Fleur.
