Warner Bros Discovery in talks on merger with Paramount: Reports

Warner Bros Discovery and Paramount Global are reportedly in talks on a merger that would combine two of the world's biggest media companies, multiple reports said. The talks are still at an early stage, the reports added. In April 2022, AT&T's WarnerMedia unit and Discovery merged to form Warner Bros Discovery.
